Graviton M1 / M2 5.4.9 (Beta) Software Update

New Features:

In comparison to version 5.4.3 Beta:

  • Kemper Link (Beta): New Kemper home screen that keeps a two-way link with your Kemper Profiler or Player (Head, Rack, Stage, Player).
  • Ten tiles show your current rig in signal order: effect slots A, B, C, D, X, MOD, DLY, REV, plus Amp and Cab. Tap a tile to switch that block on or off; the LED follows the Kemper.
  • The title shows the Performance name and rig name from the Kemper, with a Slot button (1–5) and a Performance keypad (1–125).
  • Bottom bar: previous / next Performance, Tuner, Morph, and Options.
  • Options: Link On / Off, Port (USB, DIN, or BLE), MIDI Channel, and Model (Profiler or Player).
  • Clock: New Clock screen under Home — big BPM readout with Tap tempo, − / + nudge, and tap-the-number to type a BPM.
  • Bottom bar: Play, MIDI Clock, Analog Clock (pick jacks), CC Clock, and Options.
  • CC Clock: Send a CC pulse on the beat for pedals that take tempo as a CC instead of MIDI Clock. Set Channel, CC Number, Value, Rate (/2, x1, x2, x4), and Ports.
  • Clock Mode: Master, Slave (follow tempo from an incoming MIDI Clock on DIN, USB, or BLE), or Sync (same as Slave, but your outgoing clock also stays beat-aligned with the incoming clock). Choose what happens when the clock is lost (Hold or Stop) and whether to follow Start/Stop.
  • While following, the screen shows FOLLOWING, WAITING, or LOST with the source.
  • General options (While Switching Presets, Analog Tap Clock Cycle) move here.
  • MIDI Routing: Page 2 adds a Through Filter — per port, block Clock, Start/Stop, SysEx, or Notes / CC / PC from passing through. Everything passes by default, so existing setups behave the same.
  • Multi-tap: Tap badges sit at the bottom-right of tiles on single-row layouts. Hidden on Control > MIDI In.
  • Footswitch: F3 wiring is now a selectable layout — choose which of Left / Middle / Right maps to Tip / Both / Ring (six layouts).
  • Backup: Safer saves when storage is nearly full.
  • General: Stability and memory improvements, plus small UI polish.

How to Update / Rollback:

  • Go to Settings > Update / Rollback and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • You can switch between Beta and the last Stable Release anytime without losing your programmed data.
  • For gigging, it’s recommended to stay on the Stable Release.
  • It’s recommended to export and store backups externally in case of emergencies.
