RETURN AND REFUND

We want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of your order delivered. Please note that the return policy applies only to products that are in their original packaging and in their original condition.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If it passes our inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Worn or abused products or products that are missing accessories will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and/or store credit only. We reserve the right to deny a return in the case of excessive wear. Please note that the refund amount will not include the original shipping fee or any return shipping fees.

WARRANTY

We take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind them with a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

The warranty applies to hardware only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the performance of the product.

If you experience a problem with your product within the warranty period, please contact us at support@luminitefx.com and provide us with your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue. Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty claim process and provide you with the necessary information and instructions.

Once we receive your product, we will inspect it to determine if it is covered under the warranty. If it is, we will repair or replace it and ship it back to you free of charge within a reasonable amount of time.
